Model’s warning boded of death

Jasmine Fiore's advice to a girlfriend would eerily foreshadow the violent death of the Las Vegas model.

The conversation occurred during a road trip to Miami about four years ago.

Members of a touring margarita wrestling group, Fiore and a former topless Las Vegas entertainer were on the town, having fun.

"I remember going to a club and my boyfriend at the time kept calling me," said the friend, now known as Pride, lead singer in the local all-girl punk band The Seven Deadly Sins.

"Jasmine said, 'Be careful with him. That's like stalking. You need to get rid of that guy, now!'"

Fiore's body was found Aug. 15 in a suitcase in a trash bin. Her fingers and teeth had been removed and she was so mutilated that detectives in Buena Park, Calif., had to identify her through a serial number on her breast implants, prosecutors said Friday.

Ryan Jenkins, the reality show contestant Fiore met in March and married a few days later was still at large Friday after his boat and vehicle were found in Washington state.

Bail of $10 million was recommended by prosecutors upon his arrest.

It's just mind boggling," said Pride, a former member of the "Crazy Girls" and "X Girls" topless revue. She prefers to go by her stage name.

Fiore "had Madonna's attitude. She was the type of girl who could get up and walk away from a bad relationship," said Pride, who founded the Seven Deadly Sins, who go by the names Envy, Gluttony, Lust, Anger, Greed and Sloth. Fiore, 28, traveled back and forth from Las Vegas and Los Angeles a lot, hoping to get established in modeling and TV.

"She did a lot of body painting gigs at the Playboy Mansion. She knew Hugh Hefner," said Pride.

Two years ago, Fiore and Pride were winged fairy goddesses at the Midsummer Night's Dream party at the Palms pool. She made friends with ease, said Pride.

"She was a social butterfly," said Pride. "She could hang out at the pool at the Palms and the next thing you'd know she'd be having dinner at the Four Seasons.

Fiore had the kind of personality that if she "ended up having dinner with the queen of England, she'd fit right in. She knew fashion designers, the whole celebrity scene."

"She was witty and very well-spoken. She lived life. She had no reservations. She was almost like a Paris Hilton, but not as dingy, and her parents didn't own the Hilton.

"She always had a lot of wealthy men coming up to her. She had a lot of sex appeal, but she was classy," said Pride.

Because of her Las Vegas lifestyle, Fiore will come under all sorts of scrutiny and all kinds of rumors have been flying.

"I don't know if she stripped," said Pride. "I don't think she had to, with all the money she made modeling.

"She just met the wrong guy."

THE SCENE AND HEARD

"Peepshow" star Holly Madison is standing by her ex. After the story broke Friday that Hugh Hefner's estranged wife, Kimberly, was suing him for $5 million, Madison posted her response on her Twitter site: "How about spoiled Beverly Hills wives who sue their ex-husbands instead of getting a damn job!"

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, indicated that Hef was not going to honor the prenup he signed and that Kimberly had nine months to get out of the house she has been living in next to the Playboy Mansion. She has been living in the house for 10 years.
