I am constantly asked First of all: I love the fact that, finally, organizations, leaders, HR Professionals, or in general, the public are getting the message we have already been talking about for many years. Among many others, if there were one thing I would be thankful to ChatGPT, it is creating this momentum. The ๐— ๐—ข๐— ๐—˜๐—ก๐—ง๐—จ๐—  ๐—ข๐—™ ๐—ฅ๐—”๐—œ๐—ฆ๐—œ๐—ก๐—š ๐—ง๐—›๐—˜ ๐—ฅ๐—œ๐—š๐—›๐—ง ๐—ค๐—จ๐—˜๐—ฆ๐—ง๐—œ๐—ข๐—ก๐—ฆ ๐—”๐—•๐—ข๐—จ๐—ง ๐—›๐—จ๐— ๐—”๐—ก ๐—”๐—ก๐—— ๐—”๐—œ ๐—–๐—ข๐—˜๐—ซ๐—œ๐—ฆ๐—ง๐—˜๐—ก๐—–๐—˜ in every field of our lives, and beyond only ChatGPT and Generative AI. Still, we need some immediate guidance and insights since, as Paul Daugherty writes in his recent publication - "๐—ง๐—›๐—˜ ๐—ง๐—œ๐— ๐—˜ ๐—ง๐—ข ๐—•๐—˜๐—š๐—œ๐—ก ๐—˜๐—ซ๐—ฃ๐—˜๐—ฅ๐—œ๐— ๐—˜๐—ก๐—ง๐—œ๐—ก๐—š ๐—œ๐—ฆ ๐—ก๐—ข๐—ช" Paul 's work, together with H. James Wilson and everything that Accenture does in the field, is a must to follow. Let it be groundbreaking books like the HUMAN+Machine, Radically Human, or studies like the below one ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡ If I need new inspiration based on qualitative research, they are one of my first go-to people and places. Some key takeaways: โœด๏ธ"...by approaching work differently, with a fusion of technology and human capability, we can equip people to perform at levels that are simply not possible today." โœด๏ธ"... You can think of generative A.I. as a superpowerโ€“a multiplier of human capabilityโ€“that will bringย new levels of productivity,ย creativityย andย skills to your work every day." โœด๏ธ"Every role in every enterprise has the potential to be reinvented. To calculate the impact,of generative A.I.,ย Accentureย manually identified 200 tasks related to language and assessed which tasks had higher potential to be automated or augmented. โœด๏ธ The study estimates that "generative A.I. will impact 40% of peopleโ€™s working hours. This does not mean 40% of jobs will be eliminatedโ€“far from it." "In any given job, some tasks will be โ–ถ๏ธautomated โ–ถ๏ธsome will be assistedโ€“freeing people to do things that matter moreโ€“ โ–ถ๏ธsome will be unaffected by the technology. There will also be many new tasks for humans to perform, such as ensuring the accurate and responsible use of new A.I.-powered systems." They expect five core ways that generative A.I. will commonly work with people: As an โ–ถ๏ธalways-on advisor โ–ถ๏ธaย creativeย partner, โ–ถ๏ธaย software developer โ–ถ๏ธautomation driver, โ–ถ๏ธan enterprise protector Have a look into the short summary published on Forbes.com - at the same time get into the study as well. It will be one of the best 22 pages you can read about the topic now. (link in the comment) ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡

Nice summary and really topical. I have a lot of people asking me about AI and how it's changing things and you've summed it up quite nicely with this list ๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
