City of Minden to host parade celebrating local Super Bowl champ L’Jarius Sneed
MINDEN, La. (KSLA) - The City of Minden is celebrating one of its own.
On Saturday, March 2, the city will hold a parade in honor of Super Bowl champ, L’Jarius “JJ” Sneed. He’s a cornerback for the Kansas City Chiefs and is from Minden. The Chiefs just won the Super Bowl for the second year in a row on Sunday, Feb. 11. They beat the San Francisco 49ers 25-22 in overtime.
The parade to celebrate Sneed will be held in downtown Minden beginning at 11 a.m. Then at noon, there will be a ceremony at the Minden Rec Center, located at 1001 Recreation Dr.

After the ceremony, Sneed will be signing autographs for fans. There will also be food and bounce houses for the kids.
