Juniperus x pfitzeriana 'King of Spring' A selection of the Pfitzer’s juniper with a wide, prostrate form. Growth rate is moderate. The characteristic feature of the plant is intense yellowish-gold coloration of needles. It grows 15cm per year. At the age of 10 it reaches about 0.5m high and 1 m diameter. Prefers position in a full sun. Has low moisture and soil requirements. Recommended for planting in backyards, rockeries and as ground covering plant. Looks interesting grafted on a trunk.
