Timothy Olyphant Speaks Out About The 'Scariest' Shooting On Set of 'Justified' Revival

Timothy Olyphant is opening up in a new interview about the shooting that occurred around the set of the Justified revival, Justified: City Primeval.

The incident occurred over the summer of 2022, where three cars had run through the series’ barricades around Douglass Park. Just moments later, many heard a plethora of rounds being shot off between the vehicles.

During his appearance on Conan O’ Brien Needs A Fried podcast, Timothy revealed what the situation was like in real time.

“It was the scariest goddamn thing,” he admitted. “It went on forever.”

Timothy did add that while the cast and crew were used to hearing gunshots, this time it was different because the situation was very near to them.

“You realize they’re coming around the park,” he recalled. “If the gunshots didn’t already give you a tip about what kind of people we are dealing with, they completely ignored the road closed sign where it says filming, don’t come this way.”

Timothy also spoke about getting a peek at what was going down while others were just aiming for cover from the incident.

He adds, “It was so frightening. I assumed one was going to hit me. You’re just waiting.”
