NOTE: This card is a special "Archangel" card. When Archangel cards appear, they indicate an especially important response. While other non-Archangel cards may reference minor or day-to-day issues, Archangel cards reference grander themes on longer timelines. They apply to overarching life-trends, a major life-issue or possibly a major turning-point.

Archangel cards typically represent grand themes or major events in our lives, rather than day-to-day issues.

Archangel cards are always read in the upright position, and cannot be reversed.

There are a number of possible interpretations for the appearance of the "Archangel Gabriel" card.

The first is that it's a sign that the two-way channels of communication between you and your angels are wide open regarding a major issue which confronts you. Your angels are listening intently. It's also a sign that your angels are eager to communicate important messages and wisdom to you regarding a major issue or pivotal time in your personal development.

More importantly, the card is a powerful reminder of the vital importance of communication — not just with your angels, but between you and those close to you. Without free and open communication, the possibility of advancing towards your goals will be limited. The card suggests that solutions to a major issue will be found through communication. Likewise, without an emphasis on communication, progress will be difficult.

Because Gabriel also represents "Truth", the card is a reminder that honesty and clarity in communications are always the best approach. Also, remember to be true to your own beliefs and tenets. In the immortal words of William Shakespeare, "This above all else, to thine own self be true".
