This is slightly off the subject, but I love Abies procera's. I have been looking for a "Sherwoodii" for a few years now and have never been able to find one. If anyone know of a nursery that might have one please let me know.

You don't have to wait till next year for Edwin's grafts, I have some here at Foxhollow, all you need to do is jump on a plane and pop over, probably worth your while giving Edwin a visit at the same time, otherwise he just might sulk :0)

Oh you boys are so sweet! About 5 years ago I saw a few nice sized ones and bought one and it died! :( I've been looking to replace it but now I cant seem to find one. Now, you better be careful what you ask for because I could be crazy enough to show up! I will bring a big purse, okay?

Does anyone know the stratification process/planting time for Abies procera?

This forum is very interesting for my English language, I never heard about the word "Sulk" but I found what it means in my English/Dutch dictionary.
Mostly other people got sulky if I asked them to much quiestions about their conifers.

You are very welcome to visit my nursery but first you have to jump on that plane as Stephen said.
It's a good idea to bring a big purse with you, you can put that 'Sherwoodii' in it so nobody of the bad persons can't see it ;0)
