Keith I forget his gardenweb name but he's the guy who found Picea abies 'Sherrie', 'Chillin' Phil' (my dad), strobus 'Keokuk Koner' which is a great broom, exceptional with tiny blue cones that cover the plant each spring, and Picea abies 'Brent Douglas' named for his brother. 'The New American Broom Hunter' I call him.

The Metasequoia is showing great coloration. Thanks. I'll be planting it next spring so it'll be a little older.

Looks like there were several big guys there. You of course meant big as in important to gardening with conifers.
