Model Masters Clear Acrylic Not that great. You must thin it or else you’ll get a white filmy residue, and you have to be careful, because it will often pull up the underlying paint. It might be better in an airbrush, but I’m certain there are better products out there.

"Great for small areas"

This is some of the best I have ever used. I paint with oils so Acrylic Dull-cote doesn't mess up my finished paint job. It is excellent for my applications. When I need to flatten out a face on a Monster figure it is just what I need, it is easily applied with a brush and I don't get it where I don't want it.

When you need a flat finish to parts or completed models this does a great job. Not quite as flat as Testor's Dullcote but possibly the best out there in acrylic. I normally airbrush it straight from the bottle but it can be thinned about 10% with water or airbrush medium if necessary. I haven't brushed it so I can't say how it would perform. One light coat followed by 2 medium coats, do not spray heavy coats. As always experiment on a test piece first.
