A dwarf deciduous tree recently introduced from Japan. Leaves emerge a brilliant yellow in the spring then turn to white strips on light green leaves during the summer, and then leaves turn to bright golden color in fall. Prefers sun/partial shade in well-drained soil. 5' tall in 10 years. Hardy to -30 degrees. USDA zone 4.

The plants on sale are two-year old grafts growing in 3.5" tall pots. The plant height: 12 inches (without the pot).

The plants will not be shipped to CA,OR, WA, or HI. Due to photo-sanitary regulations, plants will not be shipped to California, Oregon, Washington state, or Hawaii.
