A hobby farmer in Chautauqua County is searching for his pet wallaby, last seen hopping down the side of the road. 

Small Town Shelter, Inc. in Sherman, New York told Erie News Now that Charlie Sorce, hobby farmer, owns several wallabies, along with goats and is offering a reward for the wallaby's capture. 

According to the animal shelter, owning a wallaby is legal in the state of New York. The wallaby was last seen hoping down Route 430 in New York.
