Grey's Anatomy season 19 episode 16 spoilers ahead.
Dr Addison Montgomery returned to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital once again on this week's episode of Grey's Anatomy, following her own hospitalisation after she was hit by an anti-abortion protester's car.
Kate Walsh's character visited the hospital after hearing about threats made by anti-abortion protesters towards her colleague Dr Miranda Bailey, sharing her understanding of the "relentless" harassment Bailey had been facing.
"I hope these lunatics move on before I have another heart attack," said Bailey, alluding to her season 14 health scare. Montgomery hadn't previously been aware of this, and was surprised to learn about it.

Unfortunately, Bailey was harassed by a patient later in the day who was relentlessly questioning her to try and get information about her personal life.
The patient then went on to make a threat against Bailey's young child, leading Blue to intervene.
Later, as Addison loaded some boxes of new supplies into her mobile clinic, she discovered a note from none other than Dr Cristina Yang, who relocated to Switzerland back in season 10.
"This should keep you in business for a while," it read. "Keep fighting. Yang."

Sandra Oh played Yang on Grey's Anatomy for nine years in total. Since then, she's starred in Killing Eve and Pixar movie Turning Red, among other projects.
Recalling her decision to leave Grey's, the actress shared last year: "It must have been at the end of maybe season 8 or 9... I just remember having this walk and Shonda [Rhimes, show creator], we were just walking and she was like, 'What do you want to do?'
"And I've always been very respectful and very grateful for my relationship with Shonda, because we were able to have this kind of conversation. And she was open to say, 'What would you like to do?', so to be included in that way, I'm always grateful for.
"And I think it was just all creative. All creative."
Grey's Anatomy season 19 airs on Thursdays on ABC in the US. The show streams on Disney+ in the UK, where new episodes premiere on Wednesdays.
