Norton Corporate Sponsorship Branding Campaign

PROJECT NOTES: When Brooke-Star Elliott-Tommasi and I owned Design Animals, Symantec came to us to design and execute their national quarterly point-of-sale product campaigns. The most notable being when Symantec Corp aligned themselves with legendary V8 Supercar racing by securing sponsorship on the TeamVodafone V8 Supercars, as well as that of legendary V8 Supercar champion Craig Lowndes. They also acquired the title sponsorship of the competition's Melbourne round, which was renamed, Norton 360 Sandown Challenge.

The sponsorship campaign needed to demonstrate:
– Performance, speed and safety
– Australia's No. 1 – On the track and in online security software
– The continuation of the theme 'Lighter. Faster. Friendlier'.

The campaign objective was to drive sales and shape consumer attitudes by building momentum throughout the racing season. The sponsorship campaign effectively enhanced product exposure, and aligned Norton's brand values and personality to those of Australian high-performance V8 Supercar racing. Not to mention the smiling face of Craig Lowndes.
