Its early days as I am still working my way through the first bottle and yet I am very pleased to see this is beginning to help me keep sharp. for the last two years my wife and I have really focussed on improving our diet in terms of quality and type of food, and how and when we eat. Still as I age, I have found it harder to keep my mind sharp and ready to respond to the needs of the moment.
I have always felt it is critical to feed you mind and I have always made it a daily goal to continue learning and a regular goal to interact with other socially, rather than just tune out the world in front of the TV. Now I feel it is time to look at any herbal option that will keep me focussed, so here I am after much research, trying this product. Realistically, I think I need to give it a bit more time, and of course any comment I can give is empirical and entirely about how I feel the product is helping. So far, I sense it is helping me with focus and recall.
I will probably update this review at a later time when the properties of this product have had more time to work.

Helped Tinnitus
I read that the ginko biloba could help with tinnitus and after a few weeks it really has helped. I still have days when the hissing is bad but overall out is a beady improvement. I can also see an improvement in my memory.
