Update (4/25/21) - No matter the quality, I have to buy these because of my years old condition. But, something is not right with the quality. My last boot arrived 6 weeks ago, and the valve in the sleeve already failed. The pump pushes the air in, but it comes back out. If I pinch the tubing, the air stays in. This tells me that the issue is with the valve. At 6 weeks, Amazon return window has closed. Waiting to see if I can get a replacement. I'll probably end up buying another anyway as the replacement process could take days. I need one now.

Update: Unlike I had mentioned originally, this not didn't even last a few months. The foam behind my heal was never properly glued to begin with. Within 2 months the foam in the front also started to peel. And the air bag is damaged in two places from the sharp edge of the pin that is used for limiting your motion. The pins are long and sharp. This bag will rupture soon. And the whole boot will be useless within 5 months. I will end up buying yet another, or look for a different company's boot.

I have traumatic arthritis from a car accident. 8 years and I still struggle to walk or stand for over an hour at a time. Unfortunate as it may be to be reliant on this boot, when I wear it, I can go through a whole day standing with small rests. I have my own business and my day is usually 12-14 hours long with 75% of the time spent standing or walking. This boot is the only way going through my day is possible. Each boot has lasted me about 2.5 to 3 years. So, great value.
