Not 100% sure on 18.04 but should be installed first, called compiz-config-settings-manager. I haven’t booted 18.04 yet…

Edit: yes that… you beat me to it…

Compiz: check MATE Tweak in the Control Center. In the Windows tab, you’ll see a Window Manager drop down menu where you should be able to select Compiz instead of Marco. The CCSM (Compiz configurator) might not be installed but you can add it by installing the package compizconfig-settings-manager and it’ll appear in MATE Tweak & the CC.

Youtube: youtube-dlg (the GUI version of youtube-dl) is available in one of @Wimpy’s PPAs but it’s currently broken on 64 bit, the package failed to build two weeks ago. It might work by adding the repo and downloading the Artful deb package to install it manually until the Bionic version is fixed.
It is also packaged in nilarimogard/WebUpd8’s PPA but it’s not available for Bionic and you can’t add the Artful repo (it’ll break APT). But in the same way as with the other, it might be possible to download the Artful deb packages for youtube-dlg and python-twodict on it and install them manually.

Reading package lists… Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information… Done
E: Unable to locate package ccsm

The name of the package is compizconfig-settings-manager (CCSM is the name we usually call it because it’s shorter):

sudo apt install compizconfig-settings-manager

That’s it! Thank you!

now I am half desperate
someone help me for the YT-Downloader and I will be completely fine

If you’re looking for youtube-dlg, see my message above: add Wimpy’s PPA, reload your sources (so that you’ll have the python-twodict package available), then try to download the Artful deb package (click on “view package details” on the page) and install it manually.

Or just simple - put it again in the Boutique like in UM16.04

Well, I understand what you write but I dont know how to do it.
I am still learning… commands and system… watching videos about Linux (and that is the reason why do I need this aplication that offers me oportunity to watch video again without wasting the time)
and before the night sleep I usualy read one or two pages from the book about the Ubuntu (and close my eyes with the excellent book over the face).

Ok, try this:

First, add the PPA to your sources (it’ll ask you to confirm):

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:flexiondotorg/youtube-dl-gui
sudo apt-get update

Then, reload your sources:

sudo apt-get update

Then, download this deb package from the PPA: https://launchpad.net/~flexiondotorg/+archive/ubuntu/youtube-dl-gui/+files/youtube-dlg_0.3.8-4~artful1.0_all.deb
Double-click on it and it should offer to install it. It should say that there’s one extra package to install, python-twodict, which will be available as you added the PPA.

Thanks for correcting it, I wrote that without checking whether that was actually the package name
