Sparassis crispa ... mushrooms on a plate (my photos from forest and kitchen)
I found the big Sparassis crispa in the forest, so I made delicious scrambled mushrooms.
Ingredients :
- Sparassis crispa
- sliced onion
- chicken eggs
- caraway seeds
- salt, pepper
- sunflower oil
Cooking process :
1.Using a sharp knife, cut into pieces of the mushroom and onion
2.Fry the onion and mushroom and add subsequently chicken eggs and caraway seeds
3.Fry the mixture in oil 3min.
I serve it with potato and fresh basil and tomato...
