#Animalphotography – Amazonian Royal Parrot (Amazona ochrocephala) / Loro real Amazónico (Amazona ochrocephala).

Coming from my work I saw this Parrot in a house on the road, so I did not hesitate to get off and ask the owner for permission to take this picture. He told me that he had lived with them for more than 20 years, eat lots of fruits and bread, and that being a native species of América, he can be seen from Peru to South Florida. This beautiful animal did not stop talking in the short time I was with him, and apart from some names, he also said several bad words. This publication is dedicated to my friend @etcmike for the wonderful work he does with birds and his great contribution to scientific research.

Viniendo de mi trabajo vi este ejemplar de Loro Amazónico en una casa en la carretera, por lo que no dudé en bajarme y pedirle permiso al dueño para tomarle esta fotografía. Me contó que tenía más de 20 años viviendo con ellos, come muchas frutas y pan, y que siendo una especie nativa de América, se le puede ver desde Perú hasta el Sur de la Florida. Este bello animal no paró de hablar en el corto tiempo que estuve con él, y aparte de algunos nombres, también dijo varias malas palabras. Esta publicación está dedicada a mi amigo @etcmike por el maravilloso trabajo que hace con las aves y su gran contribución a la investigación científica.
