Tree Description:
.0-084 This is a dwarf selection of the northern white spruce (Picea glauca), and often can be seen planted in cemeteries and around older homes. The cultivar normally grows extremely slowly to a miniature size, but in this group you can see that one of them has bolted and is trying to make a normal-sized white spruce. Compare the growth rate and needles on the bolting stem with those of the rest of the tree.
