Roman Polanski poses for smiling photo with rape victim Samantha Geimer

Disgraced film director Roman Polanski is seen in a smiling photo with Samantha Geimer — more than 45 years after he drugged and raped her when she was just 13.

A grinning Geimer, now 60, draped her left arm around the gray-haired director in what is believed to be their first reunion since the “Chinatown” filmmaker abused her in 1977. Polanski was 43 years old at the time.

It is unclear exactly when the snap was taken but the forgiving victim shared the image to her private Instagram account just after the publication of her interview with France’s Le Point magazine — in which she insisted the 89-year-old had “paid his debt to society.”

Polanski’s wife, actress Emmanuelle Seigner, who interviewed Geimer for the French magazine, made the pic public on her own page.

“Thank you Samantha,” Seigner wrote with a heart emoji.

She credited the photo to Geimer’s husband, David, while tagging the magazine that ran their interview.

Geimer insisted that the 1977 rape — in which she was first fed champagne and Quaaludes — was “never a big problem.”

Samantha Geimer was just 13 when the director ignored her protests and pounced on her after feeding her champagne and Quaaludes.

“Let me be very clear: what happened with Polanski was never a big problem for me,” Geimer told Seigner of the March 1 attack, which happened during a photo shoot at Jack Nicholson’s house.

“I didn’t even know it was illegal, that someone could be arrested for it. I was fine, I’m still fine,” she maintained, despite previously suing him for intentional infliction of emotional distress for the assault.

“The fact that we’ve made this [a big deal] weighs on me terribly,” she said, according to a  translation by IndieWire.

“To have to constantly repeat that it wasn’t a big deal, it’s a terrible burden.”

Polanski pleaded guilty to statutory rape for unlawful sex with a minor — but fled the US before sentencing to avoid prison.

He was detained by Swiss police in 2009 and spent 10 months behind bars as the US made a doomed attempt to get him extradited.

“Everyone should know by now that Roman has served his sentence,” Geimer told the director’s wife.

“From my side, nobody wanted him to go to jail, but he did and it was enough. He paid his debt to society. There, end of story,” she said.

“Anyone who thinks that he deserves to be in prison is wrong. It isn’t the case today and it wasn’t the case yesterday.”
