Fifth Gear took great care of my vehicle and myself with a multiple problem issue. They not only took care of towing my vehicle when I was concerned about driving it with the issue it was having, but when an additional issue evolved after the initial repair, Fifth Gear stepped up and took care of the subsequent repair, without question or suggestion.

This is a great find, for someone new to the area, and right after a long trip down from Alaska.

Came here multiple times for a couple different cars. We paid top dollar for repairs here. I was disappointed the first time I got my car back and the gears were not working properly (ironic since the name is fifth gear). It kept getting stuck in first gear and it freaked me out I was running late for work and it was very very dangerous to be on the road with that.

Second time for a different car. Again they diagnosed and I did repairs paid too dollar for parts and labor only to find out it would not pass inspection at all anyways because it was missing an emissions part (catalytic converters?). The car was bought from marketplace for my son so we wanted to get it looked over and inspected. That would've been an easy find if they had it for that long working on a bunch of stuff they didn't realize it was missing a major component of passing inspection.

The pro and the reason I came back was their customer service. They are super super friendly and they pick up and drop off the car from you which is a huge time saver.

An oil leak damaged the steering gear bushings on my truck, a local oil change business didn't properly I as tall the oil filter. Fifth Gear identified and fixed the issue and worked with the oil changer to get reimbursed. The truck steers again like before the damage. They didn't have to work all that out but Alex went the extra mile and got the issue fixed.

Fifth Gear is always the fastest, most transparent, qualified and best priced auto shop. I won't take my car any place else.

They truly do seem to care about safety and just doing what's best for the vehicle and you; not constantly focused on an up sell.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, approachable and understanding. They'll offer a ride if the service takes longer than expected, and they'll also come pick you up!

The waiting area is comfortable and stocked with snacks and other goodies, the bathroom is clean, the staff is considerate. I love this place for all my car needs!

This place was a huge blessing. We have just moved back from Florida where we lost everything to Hurricane Ian. I was trying to get my vehicle in shape to get inspected and the guys that work here went above and beyond to help me. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The lounge is clean and organized. They make sure your taken care of. It's rare these days to find people that still have a heart, but this business I will always recommend. A tremendous thank you to all who helped me today. It was greatly appreciated. I will be paying it forward.

Great experience all around. First off, the whole place is squeaky clean, including the shop. It is very professional in every way. My issue was a very odd electrical issue that took them a lot of time to troubleshoot but they stuck with it and didn't charge me nearly what they could (maybe should) have. Will definitely make this my go-to place for car repairs going forward.

Always the best in service, helping out and just good folks to deal with. Ricky has always taken care of my vehicles as if they were his own. I have taken 3 Porsches to him in the last 11 years. Thanks for helping Ricky. It's been 11 years, not 8, I was using you guys in the old location as well.

Well it's 2021 now and 3rd Porsche I've been taking to the guys at 5th gear. I may be starting to take the SUV, it's out of factory warranty, not sure yet. A hi to the ever elusive Ricky Jordan. You guys honestly are not as good or the same when I used you before, I'm not sure I will be coming back with my newer Porsche. Sometimes when folks grow too quick or get too big they forget who got them where they are. I was very happy with them before I took my last Porsche to them. Several things I was told just didn't add up.

Jeff the service writer is awesome! We just moved here and after the long road trip across the country, he took care of our car quickly.

I called to set up an oil change for my Range Rover. I had explained that I just Had knee surgery and couldn't be at the shop long. Tim the manager offered to pick up my truck get the oil changed and then have it delivered. AMAZING! I thought fo myself this means and their prices would be higher etc but no in fact it was cheaper than what they quoted! I highly recommend them! The driver Mike who picked up my Rover and delivered it was just as sweet as ever!
