AND THAT'S A WRAP! Chuck Norris filmography challenge complete in one year. And what a ride it has been....
What better way to end than his last lead in a film and it being the classic Walker, Texas Ranger character? I'm not well versed in the show but I've seen a number of episodes growing up. This was incredibly difficult to find a copy of to watch on the internet.
I went in grueling about it expecting bad cheese but it's not too bad. It's cheese and kind of enjoyable. Chuck even in his old age still throws down some action stunts.
DON'T FUCK WITH THE CHUCK
"I'll kill you"
"That's not very friendly"
Anybody who thinks Chuck Norris is the best action star of all time and can recite every "Chuck Norris fact" (Except for the one when "Bruce Lee killed Chuck Norris that one time") should watch this piece of shit before making another dated fact about how Chuck Norris is better than Jesus or Superman.
I never watched the television show of "Walker, Texas Ranger", but I don't want to after seeing this made-for-tv comeback special. If it's anything like this, it'll be horrible.
Trial by Fire includes the most generic plotline, horrid acting, fast paced fight scenes and vomit-inducing scene transitions, worse than anything Ang Lee could shit out.
Still had really weird early roles from Selena Gomez and Charles Baker, aka Skinny Pete from Breaking Bad.
As someone who's never watched an episode of Walker, Texas Ranger in his life, this was perplexing at best. The production is utter horseshit when considering that CSI and other early 00s procedurals were doing this same schtick much, much better. The plot is convoluted and manages to end with two separate, "He's got a gun"! moments.
Laughably bad.
This movie made me love what I hate about myself and for that it will be memorable.
It’s unratable
