  • Jerry Morris found this dwarf tree selection growing in Cherokee Park, north of Ft. Collins, Colorado.  The original plant was 8 ft wide and 5 ft tall (2.5 × 1.5 m) with dark green thick needles and very tight bud internodes. With age the plant forms a tight green ball. Growth rate: 1-4 inches (2.5-10 cm) per year.
