We are Kristóf & Nimi, animal, human rights, and environmental activists, culinary and culture experience hosts. We left behind the big city life in our previous homes, Budapest, and Tel Aviv-Jaffa, striving for a more balanced existence, now living a minimalist life in a tiny Greek seaside village, caring for our veggies and herbs garden, and of our six naughty cats. Through our travels, we collaborate with restaurants, hotels, and organisations that share our values of promoting sustainability, diversity, and inclusion.

In this exciting and complex, English language recipe collection we share our favourite dishes from all across the Globe, including all the most wanted dishes we created at our worldwide pop-up dinners, cooking classes, workshops, and retreats, and for our social media channels. Many cannot imagine how easy it is to give a chance to veganism – thinking of plant based life as mission impossible, while trying out our kinda creative cuisine actually saves time in the kitchen, and is healthier - for us and for our planet.

Our motto is harmless living towards Earth, and all its sentient creatures, and our motivation is trying to leave as small of an ecological footprint behind us as possible. Vote for a better world, where us beautiful creations - human beings - don't abuse one another. If nothing else, such fabulous cosmopolitan feats will awaken us: we are one, and created to take care of each other – with wholesome, honest food, and genuine, caring love. Are you with us?
