Summary[edit]

Description The old smelting furnace in Újmassa, Miskolc, Hungary. (The filename is somewhat incorrect, the Ómassa furnace was demolished in the 1900s. This furnace is the second furnace built by Henrik Fazola, and the oldest industrial monument in Hungary; it stands in in Újmassa, near Ómassa. People often think that it is in Ómassa, because the name of that village means "old furnace", while Újmassa means "new furnace".)
