Hallelujah, Megan Fox Won't Be Playing Wonder Woman

Can't believe I will say this--a bit late---but---Megan Fox is right about the whole invisible plane thing.  THAT should be left out. Yes, I do know about the Super Friends and all, but even I hated that bit, much as a fan I am of Wonder Woman.  HOWEVER, Megan Fox as WW---no, no, no, no.  There HAS to be an actress who looks the part, as I stated some time ago before all the uninformed and myopic haters dissed me.  *sheesh*   She is attractive but I don't get any "sexy" or wow vibe off her at all.  There are plenty of actresses who have that factor, but she just doesn't have it for me. 

I don't see why everybody is making such a big deal out of this. Megan Fox doesn't want to play Wonder Woman, and we don't want to see her as Wonder Woman, so we're all happy, right? And Green Lantern may not be as well known to the public as WW, but his comic is selling better than Wonder Woman's. Maybe that is why he is getting a movie first.

I couldn't tell if you have never read a WW comic in your life, or if you are just assuming that Hollywood would destroy the integrity of her character through bad direction. 1. WW is owned by Warner Brothers, and Time Warner. She is a staple of American culture. I highly doubt the WB would sabotage a character like that by throwing in elements you mentioned above that one would likely find in a National Lampoon movie. 2. WW is not only part of the league; she's part of the BIG 3. So Batman and Superman get their own films, but Wonder Woman has to wait until someone like Hal Jordan (gag me) gets a movie first? It's about time a strong female superhero gets some big screen action. WB did JUST FINE with their Wonder Woman animated, written and directed by Bruce Timm; what makes you so sure they would mess up with a live action film? All in all, if done correctly, Wonder Woman could be a fantastic film. "

I guess you missed my point. My point was he had already proven to be a decent actor based on his previous roles. Just because he'd never played a lead in an action film before, doesn't really mean anything. People still expected him to do a decent job because he's a decent actor. I guess MY point was that Megan has only really played the role of the ditzy moron with a "hot bod." Wonder Woman's too woman for Megan Fox. She'd never pull it off. There's a big difference between Megan and Robert. He's a good actor. That was a fact proven in his previous roles. I can't say the same for her. I'm SO glad she's not willing (nor able) to do it. "

My point wasn't who is the better actor, simply that sometimes people surprise you by pulling off a role you wouldn't expect them to. Sure Downey is a good actor but he had never been the leading man in an action hero film before. He was known primarily as a comedic actor, not an action star. "
