With all the transformation that we are going through, there may be some healing that needs to take place. Transformational work is not always easy, it can be painful both emotionally and physically. We can feel exhausted, overwhelmed, stressed, lethargic or just plain out of sorts as our body gets used to our new vibrational level. We can also feel like we swing between elation and despair, which can be exhausting in itself. Get outside, I know I say this over and over again, but Gaia is the Queen of Green! She has so many beautiful plants and trees that are so very healing for us, and we can heal ourselves and also her as we enjoy their company and some fresh air! Drink extra water, as pure and clean as possible, filtered or boiled as necessary. Having an adequately hydrated body is of utmost importance in order to flush out old toxins which may have built up in our bodies, as well as deliver much needed nutrients from fruits and vegetables. Work to slowly change your diet to as plant based as possible, giving your body extra Prana, or life force flowing through it. There is simply no more excuses when it comes to treating ourselves well, we now know that our bodies really are our temples in this physical plane, and we must care for them as such. The payoff will be a thousandfold in ever way.
