I have always been a fan of artistic interpretation. I think it is unique beyond measure when an artist can take something that we, as the public, have always known to be drawn in a certain way and completely upend it. Whether they turn a cartoon into something real or a happy animation into a macabre painting, I’m intrigued by it. I’ve assembled some of my favorite pieces for your viewing pleasure.
